In case where the user fills in a form, personal data may be recorded by the BoneTag company.

These personal data are protected by the European Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, also called RGPD) and by the French Regulation (Law n° 78-17 of the 6th January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms).

Personal data are recorded solely in order to answer to the user who has filled in the form. The recorded personal data are its name and email adress. The user provides this information, with full knowledge of the facts, by entering it her/himself. This information must be filled in by the user, without which the BoneTag company will not be able to perform the processing required for the contact management. Mandatory information is marked by an asterisk (*).

Personal data collected on the website are processed by BoneTag staff members only (permanent members).

In compliance with the current european and french regulations, the user has the possibility to exercise her/his right of access, rectification or erasure of her/his information, her/his right of objection or restriction of processing, and her/his right of data portability. The user can also ask to withdraw her/his consent for the personal data she/he has provided. The BoneTag company commits to answer as soon as possible and at the latest within 1 month after receiving the request.

The BoneTag company commits to take all necessary precautions and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a suitable security level and to protect users' personal data against corruption, destruction and unauthorized access. The BoneTag company guarantees the confidentiality of the processed personal data. No user's personal information is published, exchanged, transfered or sold on any medium to third parties, without the user's consent.

The BoneTag company is the owner of all intellectual property rights, or owns the rights of use of all elements accessible on the website, in particular the texts, pictures, videos, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, distribution or adaptation of all or part of the website elements, whatever the mean or process used, is forbidden without a written authorisation of the BoneTag company.

Any unauthorised use of the website, or of any of the elements it contains, will be considered as a counterfeit and will be sued in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
